Pre-certification of forms relating to registration/Modification/Satisfaction of charges and their filing with the
RoC.

Advising on legal and procedural matters under the Act.

Maintenance of secretarial records, statutory books & registers

Liason,petition/applicaton before MCA for various approvals such as Managerial Remunerations, Opinion u/s309,Capital Reduction, Prevention and Mismanagement etc.

Acting as Secretarial Auditor, Advisor or Consultant.

Filing of petitions before the CLB.

Appearing as authorized representative before the CLB, Central Government, Regional Director and
RoC.
